Who is responsible for personal information collected on the Site?
The Threepence Journal webmaster is the Site owner and operator, and is responsible for the Site’s processing of your personal data and may be contacted through the Site contact form or by email at email@example.com.
You must open an account with Threepence Journal in order to subscribe to the Journal or use certain of the Site’s online services and functions. In order to register for an account, you will be required to provide personal information consisting of your name, email address and a password.
Protection of minors
Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to subscribe to Threepence Journal or to submit content such as blog comments. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors and if we become aware that a minor has submitted any personal information we will immediately delete the account.
You may change your browser settings to opt out of cookies but this may prevent the Site from functioning correctly.
- Functional cookies: These improve the user experience, for example by remembering previously entered information so you do not need to enter it twice.

What personal information do we collect?

The Site and E-Commerce transactions are hosted on Australian servers in heavily restricted data centres with access limited to authorized team members. All E-Commerce transactions use appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures such as SSL encryption to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information.
Retention of personal information
Your personal information will only be retained for as long as it is needed to operate your account and to meet the requirements of business record retention requirements.

Accessing, updating or correcting your personal information

Where we hold information that you are entitled to access, we will try to provide you with suitable means of accessing it (for example, by mailing or emailing it to you). We may charge you a fee to cover our administrative and other reasonable costs in providing the information to you. We will not charge for simply making the request and will not charge for making any corrections to your personal information.

You may also delete your account or cancel your subscription to Threepence Journal at any time.

If you do not wish to receive email from us you should not provide your email address and not use the Site. You can also opt out of any further email by contacting us using the Site’s Contact Form or by email at email@example.com but we may need to terminate your account if we cannot communicate with you by email.
Release of Personal Information for legal reasons

Feedback to us
Threepence Journal has feedback functionality on the Site via our contact form that allows you to submit testimonials, ratings, comments, suggestions, or bugs found. We may collect your name and email address in order to follow up with you or thank you for a suggestion.
